If you have never used essential oils (EO’s) make your first stop the Safety Guidelines Page. While these products are crafted from plants they are not natural. They are isolated and concentrated and therefore very strong. Be mindful of how you are applying them. It’s also important to know that not all essential oils are extracted the same way. While some are extracted with pressing or steam others can be extracted with chemical processes which in some folks may create additional sensitivities.
