This blend is called Concentration. It has nothing to do with the card game that made many of us quietly anxious as children. This version is much kinder.

Concentration is a clear, focused scent designed to help the mind settle into a task without feeling wound up or pressured. It is crisp, bright, and steady. Not energizing in a jittery way and not calming in a sleepy way. It sits comfortably in the middle, where attention feels available rather than forced.

Cypress forms the backbone of the blend. It brings a cool, grounded clarity that feels upright and composed. Lemon adds brightness and lift, helping the scent feel open and alert rather than dense. Peppermint is used sparingly and with intention. It sharpens the blend just enough to cut through mental fog without overwhelming the senses.

Together, these oils create a scent that feels clean and purposeful. It is the kind of blend that supports focus by clearing the edges rather than pushing from behind.

Blend Ratio

3 parts cypress
2 parts lemon
1 part peppermint

Blend thoroughly and store in a dark glass bottle away from heat and light.

How I Use It
